I have a very heavy old Pella Sliding Glass door. I was trying to find a local repairman. When I called CaliberFix I hoped they were not one of those companies that service many states and act as a clearing house for contractors. This company services Jacksonville only. They do not give you an estimate over the phone. Although I couldn't speak directly with the tech prior to him coming to my house to give me an estimate, he did call 1/2 hour prior to arriving and I was able to explain my problem with the door. Anyway, he fixed the door, took his time, made sure everything worked correctly, and was very polite. Cost was $576.00. Highly Recommend. Laurie from Jacksonville.
